CLARIN ERIC invites submissions for the CLARIN Annual Conference 2026, taking place in Brighton, UK, on 29 September – 1 October 2026. The submission deadline is 6 April 2026.
The conference brings together the wider Humanities and Social Sciences community to exchange experiences and best practices around the CLARIN infrastructure, covering topics such as the design and operation of the infrastructure, language resources and tools, use cases in research and teaching, and connections to other European initiatives. The event will be fully accessible virtually in addition to the in-person programme.

- Design and construction of the CLARIN infrastructure (tools, resources, metadata, interoperability)
- CLARIN Knowledge Infrastructure and dissemination (user assistance, portals, knowledge centres)
- CLARIN in relation to other infrastructures and initiatives (DARIAH, CESSDA, EOSC)
- Education and training with CLARIN language resources and services
Submissions
Proposals for oral, poster, or demo presentations must be submitted as extended abstracts (3–4 pages A4, including references) in PDF format via EasyChair. Templates are available as a ZIP archive and as an Overleaf template.
