Contribute to CLARIN-CH Day 2026: Call for Abstracts Open

Present your work at the CLARIN-CH Day 2026 in Bern. The Call for Contributions is open for short oral presentations, posters, and demos. Submit your 300-word abstract by 30 June 2026.

The CLARIN-CH Day 2026 will take place on 30 October 2026 at the University of Bern. This is the third edition of the annual gathering of the CLARIN-CH community, dedicated to new developments, challenges, and opportunities for open language resources and language technology.

Topics

We welcome contributions on topics such as:

  • Multilingual resources and FAIR data principles
  • Ethical considerations in language data management
  • Corpus linguistics and NLP tools and methods
  • AI and LLMs in academia
  • Language preservation (digitalisation of Rumantsch, national dictionaries)
  • Research infrastructures and the ORD paradigm

Submissions on closely related topics are also welcome.

Submission

Please submit an abstract of 300 words for one of the following formats:

  • Short oral presentation
  • Poster
  • Demo

Submit your abstract through the online submission form.

  • Submission deadline: 30 June 2026
  • Event: 30 October 2026, University of Bern

Participation is free. Catering will be provided. CLARIN-CH does not offer travel reimbursement.
